600 Horizon West acres change hands

Orlando-based Boyd Development Corp. and Stratford Land, of Dalllas, have closed on a 600-acre purchase in the Horizon West development in southwest Orange County. The property, referred to as "Town Center East," was purchased from an affiliate of the insurance giant AIG for $28 million on July 7.
