Daytona Beach may give museum 30 acres

If everything goes as hoped, the Museum of Arts & Sciences' property will soon grow by 30 acres that will someday be home to a new building fronting Nova Road. July 26, 2011 The city owns a roughly 30-acre tract just to the north of the museum's current site off Nova Road, and city officials say they're ready to deed it to the nonprofit museum -- at no charge -- if they don't discover any conflicting use restrictions on the undeveloped land.
