St. Simons to get 600 acre nature preserve

The Bobolink Foundation of Chicago plans to buy a 600-acre tract of land on St. Simons Island to make a nature preserve. January 03, 2011 The parcel, known as Cannon's Point, is part of the vast holdings of the Sea Island Co. that were foreclosed on by Wells Fargo.
