Atlanta Gold Reaches Deal To Buy 5.58 Acre Property In Boise Idaho For $860K

Wednesday said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Atlanta Gold Corporation reached a definitive agreement with 3N LLC pursuant to which Atlanta Gold would buy a 5.58 acre property in Boise, Idaho. April 20, 2011 The company said the purchase price of US$860 thousand would be satisfied by a US$100 thousand cash payment, a US$425 thousand 7% three-year promissory note and the issuance of common shares of the Company valued at US$335 thousand, to 3N LLC. The purchase is expected to close within 30 days.
