Archdiocese puts up 58 acres for sale for $6.3 million

The Archdiocese of St. Louis plans to sell more than 58 acres of land in Chesterfield for $6.3 million. The acreage, located near The Goddard School along Kehrs Mill and Strecker roads, has been on the market for two months according to Steve Lechner, president of Lechner Realty Group , the property’s broker.
