“Mooseheart has been a very good neighbor all these years,” said Alderman David Brown, chairman of the council’s Community Development Committee.

Although conservation advocates made one last pitch that the city give further consideration to the protection of natural areas because revisions to the agreement were made late last week, aldermen voted 12-2 this week to approve the authorization for an annexation agreement of 470 acres surrounding the Mooseheart Child City.
