Books closed on Breyfogle land sale

City officials have wrapped up final details on the sale of the former Breyfogle property, where a senior housing complex and hospice are planned. March 13, 2011 Developer Maliks LLC bought the city-owned 51 acres northwest of the intersection of Summit Street and Indiana Avenue in a $1.6 million sale that closed late last month.
