Carroll County OKs $475000 land sale to largest employer

A land sale approved in Carroll County today will pave the way for the expansion of the county’s biggest employer. November 07, 2011 County commissioners approved selling 30 acres of county-owned land to Indiana Packers Corporation for $475,000. The land is adjacent to the company’s current facility just south of Delphi, which employs about 1,700 people.
