Citadel graduate donates 544 Black River acres to school college considers research station

A Citadel graduate has donated 544 acres along the Black River to the state military college which is considering using the tract as a research station. April 18, 2011 The Charleston school announced Monday the Georgetown County land has been donated by Lee Faircloth, a 1967 graduate from Charlotte, N.C..
