Alliance radio station KCOW is reporting that the land 17 miles south of Alliance was sold to Andy Co., of Broadwater, which will use it for ranching.

The Snow-Redfern Foundation suspended Boys Ranch services in March 2010. It had served as a home for more than 750 troubled youths since 1965.
