More than 90 percent of the purchased land, $932,359, has returned tax rolls, according to a city report.

City Manager Rick Clark told City Council members this week it's difficult to evaluate the overall effect on taxable value because more than 90 percent of the land sales involved street and alley rights of way that aren't stand-alone parcels.
