Rural KC Real Estate: Rural Property Specialist Having Banner Year

While most real estate has been in a slump there are some notable exceptions. Rural KC Real Estate, a rural property real estate team associated with Realty Executives of Kansas City, is experiencing a banner year, according to senior partner Bill Gaughan, who said sales are running 73 percent better than last year. September 10, 2010 Gaughan attributes this to some basic differences between rural and residential real estate, and the fact that the team concentrates on marketing only rural property.
