Business park zoning backed Developers plan 163 acre expansion

The Metro Planning Commission has recommended a change in zoning that will allow Hollenbach Oakley LLC to expand the Blankenbaker Station business park by 163 acres along the Snyder Freeway, south of Rehl Road December 22, 2010 Developers plan to use 109 acres for office space and 45 acres around Riggs' lake for a 470-unit multifamily residential complex.
