Farm auction brings record price

An auction Friday afternoon brought what is believed to be a record price for Henderson County farmland. May 20, 2011 The 107-acre farm, located on the north and south sides of Kentucky 425/South Bypass just east of Kentucky 1299, brought a winning bid of $7,400 per acre plus a 3-percent buyer's premium.
