Huge local land auction set

In what will be one of the largest auctions of real estate in Henderson County's history, an American Electric Power Co. subsidiary is preparing to sell more than 4,700 acres of land in western Henderson County. August 30, 2010 The multi-million-dollar auction, to take place in Evansville on Oct. 6, is likely to draw prospective buyers ranging from farmers to hunters to private investors.
