State auditor says countys MSU land swap, sale OK

Former Rowan County Judge-Executive Clyde Thomas early Monday asked State Auditor Crit Luallen to review the land swap and sale between Morehead State University and Rowan Fiscal Court, describing the transaction as “fiscal irresponsibility” because the county received considerably less money than two appraisers said the property was worth.
