Three corners of Exit 83 sold for $21.2 million

Begley Properties LLC of London has purchased 362.5 acres of land around three corners of Exit 83 on Interstate 75 for more than $21.2 million, according to deeds registered with the Madison County Clerk. August 01, 2011 Except for 103 acres zoned for agriculture, all of the purchased property is zoned B-3 (Highway Business), the least restrictive of Richmond’s business zones.
