Board of Public Works approves 61 acre Caroline County easement

The Maryland Board of Public Works recently approved a 61-acre easement in Caroline County, one of four easements approved that protect 563 acres of farmland. November 25, 2011 The easement, known as the Christopher CREP easement, will permanently project water quality through streamside buffers along 3,100 feet of Faulkner Branch located within the Nanticoke watershed.
