Weeks Robinson pays $21M for Cecil County building land

Weeks Robinson has acquired a 600,000-square-foot warehouse and 32 acres of undeveloped land in Cecil County for around $21 million. August 26, 2011 The Atlanta real estate investment and development company closed on the deal Aug. 22. The company says it is marketing the Trade Center 95 building to potential logistics tenants, and has already seen interest from several prospects.
