Colliers International has successfully brokered the sale of a 74.5-acre development site called Whispering Hills located on the Burlington/Woburn line on Cambridge Road in Woburn, Massachusetts. Public records list the sale price for the 74.5-acre site at $6,700,000. Senior Vice President Robert Cronin represented both the seller, Northeastern University (Northeastern), and the buyer, the city of Woburn. March 28, 2011
