Sam Park acquires 90 acre development parcel in Littleton

Sam Park & Co. has paid an undisclosed amount to acquire a 90-acre parcel of undeveloped property in Littleton from a real estate affiliate of Cisco Systems Inc. September 01, 2011 The deal closed Aug. 31, and its formal deed recording and related paperwork had yet to be processed by Middlesex County officials as of Thursday Morning. Country registry and Littleton town officials said they had not received word on the transaction’s purchase price.
