Sale of Red Mill Pond property confirmed

An order confirming the sale of the Red Mill Pond property was signed Monday by Lenawee County Circuit Judge Timothy P. Pickard. The March 10 sheriff’s sale of two parcels of land was made to KWest Group LLC for a price of $1,121,820.52. Two other parcels remain unsold. March 29, 2011 Red Mill Pond LLC has 30 days starting from Monday to redeem the property. The order also stated, “This order resolves all remaining claims pending before this court.”
