$3 million sale for trail land finalized

Approximately $3 million from the state’s Legacy Amendment and other government agencies have been pooled together to purchase 69 acres of land in Savage that will be used for a trail system. December 03, 2010 The purchase is envisioned as a way to make connections to other nearby open spaces and the Minnesota Valley State Trail.
