City Colborn agree to sale price for 100 acres on south end

The City of Crookston and Dave Colborn have agreed on a price for around 100 acres of property on Crookston's southern edge that Colborn owns and currently rents for agricultural use that the city would like to use for future industrial development. February 28, 2011 The city Administrative Committee tonight will consider a purchase agreement with Colborn that would sell the land to the city for $590,000. If the committee is OK with the agreement, it will recommend full city council approval.
