Liberty completes Rogers land deal

Liberty Property Trust has completed its purchase of a future 55-acre industrial park site in Rogers. Liberty bought the site at 13115 Brockton Lane N. for $2.1 million from Moen Leuer Properties Inc. et al., according to Hennepin County property records. The Business Journal reported news of the deal in January, but the sale price hadn't been released at the time. March 07, 2011
