Ramsey council decides not to go through with 2006 land sale

Although the deal was agreed to in 2006, the Ramsey City Council has decided not to sell a five-acre city-owned parcel in exchange for two access points onto Highway 47. October 07, 2010 The city had a 2006 purchase agreement with Rick Foster, president of Rivers Bend Holdings, LLC, but the then-city council never passed the required ordinance to sell the land near Xkimo Street and 142nd Avenue, said City Attorney Bill Goodrich.
