Woodbury State Farm property is sold

The 128-acre State Farm Insurance property in Woodbury — one of the most prominent building locations in the east metro — has been sold. September 01, 2010 The new owner, Wellington Management Inc., plans to rent the existing building to various tenants. It also will be building a hotel-office-retail complex on undeveloped land east of the building.
