Warren County land dispute talks to resume

A federal judge will preside over discussions aimed at settling a long-running land dispute between Warren County and two groups of landowners. December 01, 2010 A hearing is set for Jan. 11 before U.S. Magistrate John M. Roper in Natchez. The hearing could determine whether a civil racketeering suit brought in 2007 over access to hunting property off Mississippi Highway 465 should be restarted.
