The company is making infrastructure improvements and will offer the land for sale in the fall. Lots ranging from 3.6 acres to 36 acres will be available for commercial development at the facility, which is at Interstate 435 and Parvin Road. Hunt Midwest said it also will construct speculative buildings when the economy improves.
