County preps to sell land

Butte-Silver Bow is preparing its first sale of former parkland, but first must clarify local guidelines for selling publicly owned property. The city-county has identified 11 parcels it plans to sell, likely through the developer's packet process, with proceeds going toward parks already developed, said Dori Skrukrud, community development coordinator.
