Mesquite Takes First Step Toward Annexing Lincoln County Land

The Mesquite City Council took the first step Tuesday toward fulfilling a request to annex land in Lincoln County. The request comes from C&O Holdings LLC, the Las Vegas company which owns two parcels of land in Lincoln County near the Mesquite border which were purchased as part of the Lincoln County Land Act auction in 2005.
