88 acres of Walnut Hill property protected in Shapleigh Land trust to lead walk at site on Saturday

The snowshoe tracks they leave behind on Walnut Hill this Saturday will be giant steps in more ways than one. February 17, 2011 Three Rivers Land Trust is sponsoring a guided snowshoe walk to showcase the land trust's latest protected land — 88 acres of woodlands identified as critical habitat by the state natural areas program. The land trust is in the final stages of fundraising to complete the deal.
