Macks Apples sells 24 acres to developer

Mack's Apples has finalized a deal to sell 24 acres of its orchard to Pillsbury Realty Development LLC, the same developer planning to build a major downtown center in Londonderry. November 05, 2010 Pillsbury Realty owns 630 acres in close proximity to the Mack's parcel, which will add yet another piece to a planned town center. Conceptual plans have called for residential units at the Mack's parcel, but what happens on the 24-acre parcel is still up in the air, said John Michels, an attorney for Pillsbury Realty.
