County helps buy $900000 former Cranburydairy to preserve open space

A former dairy is the latest piece of property acquired by county taxpayers in an ongoing effort to preserve open space and farmland. May 12, 2011 The 61-acre property off Plainsboro Road was purchased in February by the township. The county recently announced a $450,000 contribution from the Middlesex County Open Space Trust Fund toward the nearly $900,000 purchase price.
