Montgomery completes greenway with 16 acre acquisition

A new 16-acre open space purchase will complete the preservation of a southern Montgomery greenway. The township announced the $110,000 acquisition yesterday. With help from the Montgomery Friends of Open Space, who gave $30,000 in funds from the state’s Green Acres Program, the township has now preserved another 16 forested acres in the area of Cherry Valley and Cherry Hill roads.
