Bay Hill acquires 16.5 acre Westside apartment site

Bay Hill Development LLC, a Louisiana multifamily builder, has acquired a high-profile 16.5-acre site at Coors and Montaño on Albuquerque’s Westside. The company plans to build a 240-unit upscale apartment community called Andalucia Villas. Construction is slated to start in March and wrap up about a year later, according to Jim Hakeem, a director at NAI Maestas & Ward who represented Bay Hill in the transaction. December 02, 2011
