City council to consider industrial park land sale

The Carlsbad City Council will hold a special meeting at 4 p.m., Tuesday, in the Municipal Building to discuss the future of the Airport Industrial Park and Cavern City Air Terminal. December 18, 2010 According to the council agenda, council members will consider the approval of an ordinance authorizing the sale of approximately 25.21 acres of real property located in the Carlsbad Airport Industrial Park. The applicant is BES Properties, LLC.
