The Flagstaff City Council will consider tonight a proposal to sell the lots bundled in nine separate parcels in the southern portion of the Aspen Place at The Sawmill project off Lone Tree Road. The city took control of the project earlier this year after the Phoenix-based developer was unable to find a new round of investors as called for in its agreement with the city.
