Trust closes deal on Miranda Canyon purchase

The Trust for Public Land has closed a deal with Weimer Properties, LLC for the purchase of 3,700 acres south of Ranchos de Taos known as the Miranda Canyon Property. The trust will hold the land until the federal government finds the funding to buy the parcel and make it a part of the Carson National Forest.
