37 acres of St. Vincents Hospital in Harrison go up for sale

More than half the land at St. Vincent's Hospital Westchester is on the market, with the possibility it could be developed into homes or office space. May 18, 2011 The St. Vincent's health system, now in bankruptcy, had retained the option to buy 37 of the 66 acres it had on North Street after selling the psychiatric facility to St. Joseph's Medical Center of Yonkers. The land for sale is north of the medical buildings and doesn't include any of the existing structures.
