LIBERTY — May 2 is the deadline for landowner applications for Purchase of Development Rights Grants in Sullivan County.
The Sullivan County Agricultural and Farmland Protection Board is seeking applicants in anticipation of an Ag and Markets Grant.
Applications are available at the Cornell Cooperative Extension on Ferndale-Loomis Road.
They will be scored on several criteria, with the top scorers being forwarded to Ag and Markets for consideration. Previous applicants need not resubmit unless changes in their land have occurred since their last application.
