Sixty acres of prime outer harbor property owned by the NFTA -- including the Small Boat Harbor and former port terminal complex -- is going up for sale. Top officials of the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority revealed their plans Tuesday to editors and reporters of The Buffalo News, outlining efforts to shed the properties' escalating cost and return to the NFTA's core mission: "to move people."
