Nature Conservancy exec answers questions about recent 500 acre purchase on Sodus Bay

The Nature Conservancy recently announced the purchase of almost 500 acres of undeveloped land on the shore of Lake Ontario known as Shaker Heights. The property, located in Wayne County, features Sodus Bay shoreline; forests, wetlands and grasslands; and the mouth of Third Creek, a stream that flows into Sodus Bay.
