As more and more Buyers are using this Advanced Search it's very important to put as much information as possible about your property, especially in the new Attributes section and Property Description section. This is important to Buyers in our Advanced Search and for Google, Yahoo, and Bing traffic. The more information about the property you put in, then it directly affects how many more people will see your property. For example, make sure in the Attributes section when Adding/Editing a Listing check the box for oil, gas, or water rights - even check off what animals are on the land or what crops are planted. This will greatly increase the exposure that your property will get from prospective buyers online.
