Due to the popularity and growth of the Wants & Needs section, LandsofAmerica.com has expanded it into an even more powerful business tool. Since the
creation of this section, it has enabled many brokers and agents to make deals happen that would not have happened with regular property ads by posting properties Buyers are looking for.
