City county reach agreement to open 100 acre Sugar Creek Trails

With little discussion Monday night, Nov. 14, Charlotte City Council unanimously approved an agreement that will officially open about 100 acres of towering hardwoods, creeks and dirt trails next to the Sugar Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant to walkers, mountain bikers and nature lovers.
