Company places Mint Hill land on sale

American Asset Corp. has put 54 acres of land on the market in the middle of Mint Hill. October 31, 2010 Several years ago, the company bought the Mint Hill Festival Shopping Center, now home to Monroe Hardware, and a large swath of land surrounding it stretching from the new medical offices on N.C. 51 to the Farmwood East subdivision off Lawyers Road.
