Owners want city, county to buy land

Treyburn developers are trying to interest city and county officials in buying a 90-acres-plus chunk of land off Snow Hill Road between an existing park site and the Little River Reservoir. October 31, 2010 Administrators from the two governments and the Triangle Land Conservancy met recently with John Coley and Rosemary Waldorf, who are with Bryan Properties, the Chapel Hill development firm that has controlled follow-on work at Treyburn since 2003.
