DEC Land Co. gives five acres of land to Huber

George Jenkins, representing DEC Land Co. I LLC and the Carriage Trails Development announced their intention to convey five acres of land to the city in Section 15 of the Carriage Trails Development for a park and/or green space at the Huber Heights City Council meeting Monday night. June 29, 2011 About a year ago, DEC agreed to give the city two acres for the construction of a water tower, but that tower is being placed at a different site that is located on a higher elevation site. The Administration Committee agreed on June 22 to recommend that the city accept the land as proposed.
