Lucas Co. land sale sells property for $60

In some cases, $60 was enough to buy a whole house. That was the starting bid at the Lucas County forfeited land sale. It was standing room only inside the Lucas County Commissioner's hearing room. Hundreds came out to get a good deal. September 29, 2010 Dennis Smith says, "I just purchased one for $60. Didn't no one else bid but me."
